Don't Forget "The Plan"!

This morning, while getting ready for work, the ipod chose to play numerous U2 songs in a row. Again, this is strange since the thing is set at random. I think the ipod knows it is keeping us connected to home and reminding me that tonight my best friend will be going to the U2 concert without me (and her loving boyfriend has taken my ticket!)
Paul, we weren't kidding when we said that this is going to be the best concert of your life. I hope you have practiced pretending.
Michelle, you should be close enough to follow through on the plan. I'm sorry I am missing it!
By the way, Mich, I checked U2.com and at the show last night they played some oldies, some b-sides and the best of the new stuff, you are in for a great show. I'm still holding my breath for an Asian tour!

I tried to get Paul to take your spot in "the plan" but he wussed out. Security was so light!!!
The show was amazing as usual, but don't worry I'm pretty sure it wasn't any better than the others. They did play oldies but alot of new stuff too. The opening band was Gavin Rossdale for Chris' sake. The whole tour gets amazing opening bands and I get Gavin Rossdale of Bush fame. Don't worry about the asian tour we can always book a "mutual vacation" when you come home and see them somewhere else because as hard as Paul tried it wasn't the same without you. It didn't have that crazy juvenille electric build-up of energy that we are so good at.... Love You(i guess)
but it was still
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jen and Darin,

Yes your aunt and uncle were at the U2 concert, but it wasn't the 3rd row, it was front row, first tier off the floor!!!!!!!!! Lots of room to expell all that pent up U2 energy we've been storing for about...... 20 years or so!!! It was unreal!!!!!!!!!!! I have to agree with Sara, it was the most amazing concert I've ever been to. I didn't expect any less though. They played a GREAT selection of everything! I'm only just getting my voice back.

The pumpkins look great. It's what I saw all over our school today. Oh you brave and creative teachers. You're doing a wonderful job. I can see it in the faces of your students. They'll remember you both forever!!

Take Care,

Aunt Kathy PS "With or Without You" was AWESOME!
